Managed printers are only visible to users when trying to print and are not listed under printer settings. They can then select the required printer and start printing without any further setup. Note: Users can see the list of managed printers by selecting Print Destination See more.
You can add and specify a printer for everyone, or for users or devices in certain groups or departments.
CUPS uses an Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) to print to local and network printers. As an administrator, you can use Common UNIX Printing System (CUPS) printers with your organization’s Chrome OS devices.
